|Gregory B. Kenny|
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Kenny has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of General Cable since August 2001. He was President and Chief Operating Officer of General Cable from May 1999 to August 2001. From March 1997 to May 1999, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of General Cable. From June 1994 to March 1997, he was Executive Vice President of the subsidiary of General Cable which was General Cable’s immediate predecessor. He is also a director of Cardinal Health Incorporated and Ingredion Incorporated (formerly known as Corn Products). He is also a board member of the Cincinnati Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.
Mr. Kenny has a diverse career in government and industry. In 1975, through competitive exam, Mr. Kenny entered the U.S. Department of State as a Foreign Service Officer. His diplomatic career focused on international economics and trade, and included tours in Washington DC and South America. In 1982, Mr. Kenny moved to the private sector joining the Penn Central Corporation, then a $3.0 billion revenues, multi-industry conglomerate. As an officer, he held a variety of positions including VP Corporate Development and Group Executive for the Technical Products and Services companies, which included Penn Central’s activities in Rail Services, Satellite Systems and Nuclear/Environmental engineering.
Mr. Kenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University, a Masters of Business Administration from The George Washington University and a Masters of Public Administration from Harvard University
|Brian J. Robinson|
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Robinson has been Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer since January 1, 2008 and also served as Treasurer until May 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Robinson served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from January 2007 to December 2007.
Mr. Robinson began his career at Deloitte & Touche LLP in 1991. In 1997, he moved from Cincinnati to London, England, where he served as Audit Manager for Deloitte & Touche, focused on accounting services for global companies. In 1999, Mr. Robinson joined General Cable as Assistant Controller, where he also assumed the role of Controller in 2000. He became Vice President and Controller in November 2001 and was named Senior Vice President, Controller and Treasurer for General Cable in February 2006.
Mr. Robinson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Dayton and received his CPA certification in 1993.
Executive Vice President and
Chief Human Resources Officer
Sonya Reed has been Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer since January 12, 2015. Prior to that, Ms. Reed served as the Senior Vice President and CHRO for General Cable Corporation from January 2013 to December 2014, and the SVP of HR for the Rest of World division from October 2011 to December 2012.
Sonya began her career at Zurich Financial Services in 1997 as a commercial underwriter, and moved into human resources in 1999. In 2004 she served as an AVP, HR Business Partner in the North America business, and 2005 she moved from Chicago to Zurich, Switzerland where she served as the VP, Global HR Business Partner for Zurich’s General Insurance business segment. In 2009 she moved to Miami, Florida as the VP, Human Resources for Zurich in Latin America, where she had strategic and operational responsibility for the function across the region. Sonya joined General Cable in October 2011 after a 14 year career with Zurich.
Ms. Reed holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Arizona State University and completed advanced studies at Cambridge University in Cambridge, England, and the Universidad de Complutense in Madrid, Spain. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

General Cable Asia Pacific
Mr. Campbell has been Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer for General Cable Asia Pacific since December 2012. Upon joining General Cable in 2010 until his promotion, Mr. Campbell was Senior Vice President Asia, which included direct leadership of Thailand and India and interfacing with our partners in Philippines and China. Prior to joining General Cable, he held global business management, manufacturing and engineering positions of increasing responsibility with Fosroc International Limited from 2005 until 2010 and BP Chemicals Limited from 1983 until 2005.
Mr. Campbell resides in Thailand and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde (United Kingdom). He has spent a significant part of his career living and working throughout the Asia Pacific region. Peter serves on the Board of Directors of the Company’s Asia Pacific companies including Phelps Dodge International (Thailand) Limited, PDTL Trading, Thai Copper Rod Company Limited, General Cable Oman and Phelps Dodge Yantai Cable Company. He is fluent in English and French.

General Cable North America
Mr. Lampert has been Executive Vice President, President and Chief Executive Officer for General Cable, The Americas since January 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Lampert was Executive Vice President, President and Chief Executive Officer, North America from August 2008 until January 2013. Beginning in October 2007 until his promotion in August 2008, Mr. Lampert was Executive Vice President and Group President, North American Electrical and Communications Infrastructure and had leadership responsibility for General Cable’s cord, cordsets, electronics, data communications, industrial, specialty wire harnesses and telecommunications business teams. Prior to that, he was Vice President and General Manager of Carol® Brand products for General Cable since January 2004.
He joined General Cable in 1998 and has worked in a number of capacities including product management, sales and business team leadership. Prior to joining General Cable, he held engineering and management positions with Dow Chemical Company and Cintas Corporation.
Mr. Lampert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Masters degree in Strategy, Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Xtek, Inc, a manufacturer of specialty goods for the steel and aluminum industries. Mr. Lampert is also the former Chairman of the Standing Commission of the International Cablemakers’ Federation.

General Cable Europe and Africa
Mr. Kenny has been Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer, Europe and Africa since his appointment in August 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Kenny served as Senior Vice President, Global Communications, and General Manager of North American Communications from August 2013 to August 2014, Vice President and General Manager of Communications and Electronics Products from May 2011 to August 2013, and Vice President and General Manager of Data Communications Cables from June 2007 when he joined General Cable until his promotion. In addition, Mr. Kenny also assumed additional responsibility for the leadership of General Cable’s Telecommunications Team in October 2009, which he retained until his promotion to Executive Vice President.
Mr. Kenny has over 25 years of experience in the wire and cable field. Prior to joining General Cable, he held several senior level management positions in technology, marketing and general management with Belden, ADC/Krone, and DuPont’s Cabling Solutions Division, where he was instrumental in creating several premise cable patents.
Mr. Kenny is recognized as a technology and commercial leader within the communications industry, and has presented on the subject in over 25 countries. In 2009, he was named by the Wire & Cable Manufacturers’ Alliance (WCMA) as a recipient of its 2009 Distinguished Career Award. He has been a part of key innovations within the wire and cable industry, and currently is named on over 50 U.S. and European patents. Kenny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from Ohio Northern University.
|Kurt L. Drake|
Senior Vice President and
Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Drake has been Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer since January 2015. He has 19 years of experience in compliance and finance, and prior to joining General Cable, he was Chief Compliance Officer with PPG Industries. From 2010 until 2013, Mr. Drake was the first Group Head of Compliance for Mubadala, a United Arab Emirates based global infrastructure company, where he built and designed their first compliance program. Mr. Drake spent 12 years with General Electric (GE) where he held various roles of increasing responsibility in finance and operations, finally serving as Chief Compliance Officer for GE Aviation in Cincinnati, Ohio. In that role, he was accountable for deepening and translating the company’s compliance program and extending it internationally. During his time with GE, he took an international assignment as the CFO and Compliance Director for GE Infrastructure in China and after three successful years, he moved to Italy where he had responsibilities in compliance and finance for GE Oil & Gas. He began his career in Cincinnati as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche.
Mr. Drake holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Kentucky University, a Masters of Business Administration degree from Xavier University and a Masters of Public Administration degree from American University in Washington, D.C. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Northeast Maritime Institute Division of Higher Education and previously served as a member of the Board for the Ethics & Compliance Officer Association.
|Emerson C. Moser|
Senior Vice President, General Counsel
and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Moser has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since January 12, 2015. Mr. Moser joined General Cable in September 2008 as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary. He subsequently was promoted to Vice President in March 2013 and served as the interim General Counsel from July 2014 through his current appointment. Before joining General Cable, Mr. Moser practiced labor and employment law and litigation with the Cincinnati law firm, Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, and was the Assistant General Counsel of NIBCO, INC., a privately-held international manufacturer of valves and fittings located in Elkhart, Indiana.
Mr. Moser holds Bachelors of Science and Arts degrees in Economics and Political Science from Purdue University. He received his Juris Doctorate (law degree) from the Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was Senior Articles Editor of the law review.
